Terms & conditions
Effective date: 1 August 2026
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Scope of services
We provide professional services across three pillars:
- Odoo ERP Solutions — ERP system architecture, implementation, integration and maintenance; web development, hosting and maintenance.
- Digital Marketing — brand and digital design; social media content, campaign execution, and account management.
- Event Management — event planning, technical setup, media coverage, and execution support.
Detailed project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by individual statements of work or service agreements executed between Juzly and the client.
Client obligations
- Provide timely access to systems, brand assets, databases, content, and approvals required for project completion.
- Ensure materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Maintain backup copies of all raw data and assets provided to us.
Intellectual property
- Client materials — the client retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, logos, and data provided to us.
- Deliverables — upon full and final payment, final custom deliverables are assigned to the client, subject to any third-party software licences (open-source ERP platforms, stock media, and so on).
- Portfolio rights — unless agreed otherwise in writing, Juzly may showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Web and ERP solutions are provided using standard development practices; we do not guarantee software or web services will be fully error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party hosting, ERP platform updates, or social media networks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juzly's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Payments, cancellations and termination
Payments follow the schedule set out in the agreed quotation or statement of work. Late payments may result in suspension of active development, hosting, or event management services. Either party may terminate a project agreement on written notice if the other party breaches material terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.
