Information we collect

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
• Service and project data — specifications, technical requirements, content, and database access provided for ERP setups, web development, or social media management.
• Event data — guest lists, registration information, dietary requirements, or media taken during managed events.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing activity collected via cookies and analytics.

How we use your information

• To deliver, configure, and maintain our ERP, web development, social media, and event management services.
• To communicate about project updates, system deployments, or event coordination.
• To issue invoices, manage billing, and fulfil legal or contractual obligations.
• To monitor website traffic and improve user experience.
• To share promotional updates or portfolio work, only with your consent.

Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary for service delivery, including hosting and infrastructure providers, third-party software tools (payment gateways, CRM/ERP add-ons, email marketing platforms), event venues and sub-contractors directly involved in delivering your event, and legal authorities when required by law.

Data security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption, restricted access, and secure storage — to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@juzly.net.
