Odoo ERP Solutions Digital Marketing Event Management Insights About Get Started
Sheriff Foundation

Funding impact. Partnering for delivery.

The Sheriff Foundation is a donor agency that channels resources into digital literacy, community development, and responsible growth. We don't implement alone — we fund and partner with implementing agencies who know the ground. Juzly is one of those partners. There are, and will be, others.

Active donor agency — accepting implementing partner enquiries

Disclaimer: Sheriff Foundation is a philanthropic initiative powered and funded by Juzly Tech Lab Ltd. All project execution and direct fund management are carried out by our nominated, government-approved implementing partners.

Donor agency model. Clear separation of funding and delivery.

01

We Fund

The Foundation provides financial and in-kind resources to initiatives aligned with our focus areas. We set outcomes, not methods — our implementing partners design the delivery.

02

They Deliver

Implementing agencies — NGOs, vocational institutes, community organisations, and select private-sector partners like Juzly — execute programs on the ground. We monitor, we don't micromanage.

03

We Report Together

Accountability is shared. Partners report on outputs and outcomes; the Foundation reports on fund allocation, governance, and aggregate impact. Transparent to donors, regulators, and the communities we serve.

Three pillars. Open to partners who can deliver.

DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT

Technology Access & Literacy

Funding programs that equip underserved communities and small businesses with digital tools, skills, and infrastructure. We prioritise partners with existing local networks and measurable training outcomes.

  • Digital literacy bootcamps for youth and women
  • Business productivity tool grants for micro-SMEs
  • Open-source ERP adoption support (Odoo community)
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Education & Youth

Direct funding for STEM education access, vocational training, and youth development programs in Sri Lanka and Australia. We fund institutions and grassroots organisations, not individual scholarships in isolation.

  • Vocational centre partnerships
  • STEM equipment and curriculum grants
  • Youth mentorship and internship pipelines
RESPONSIBLE GROWTH

Environmental Practice

Supporting implementing agencies that embed sustainability into their operations — from green event production to low-impact digital infrastructure. We fund measurement, not marketing.

  • Carbon footprint baseline studies for grantees
  • Sustainable event production training
  • Remote-first operational model adoption
"We don't measure success by how much we give. We measure it by what changes on the ground — and whether our partners would work with us again."

— Sheriff Foundation, on donor accountability

How we're structured — and why it matters.

INDEPENDENCE

Separate from Juzly Operations

The Foundation has its own governance structure, funding decisions, and reporting lines. Juzly may apply for funding as an implementing partner like any other organisation — and is held to the same accountability standards. No favouritism, no self-dealing.

TRANSPARENCY

Public Reporting, Real Numbers

Annual reports published here: fund sources, grant allocations, partner names, and outcome metrics. If a program underperforms, we say so. If we learn something, we publish that too.

First annual report: Q4 2026. It will cover our inaugural funding cycle, partner performance, and lessons learned. Not a brochure — a working document.

FOR IMPLEMENTERS

Apply for Partnership

Tell us what you do, where you work, and what outcomes you've achieved. We review on merit, not connections. Initial enquiries don't need a full proposal — a conversation is enough to start.

FOR DONORS
